Platform fee
Covers the runtime, the documented API, the connector registry, and support. Sized by your open-file volume and the systems we connect to. Quoted after a scoping conversation, in writing, with the calculation shown.
Per completed engagement
Charged only when an engagement reaches the outcome defined in your agreement. For example, a file closed and recording confirmed. The definition of complete is written into the contract per engagement type before anything runs.
When your volume grows, the bill grows with it. When it does not, it does not.
How completion is verified
Every decision an operator makes is recorded and replayable. The invoice is auditable against the actual event log, engagement by engagement. You never take our word for what happened. Disputes are resolved by looking at the record, not by negotiation.
